Fast efficient service,took care of everything

The team were so good, arrived on time, took boots off, 7.00a.m., I came back at 12.20p.m. and it was all done. I had to get out of the garage at 9.30a.m, there was a van half parked, I told the young man I did know if I could make it, he said I will see you out, open your window, I did it in a few goes and he said he could not have done it better!!!!!. What a team, I now hope my bills will be lower as I am sure they will be. Thank you Rod and the Team Soo Manthey

The time had come to upgrade our 15 year old 3kWh Solar system. We already had both a Solahart HWS & a Solar System installed on our daughter’s home & were very happy with both. So choosing Solahart to instal a new system for us was a no brainer. We discussed our needs with Rod on the 2nd of April & had the old system removed & the new installed & generating power by lunchtime on the 11th. Daniel & his team did a totally professional job on the day. Two very happy Solahart customers.

From quote to completion, I found Solarhart an excellent company to deal with, Staff we polite and kept me informed at all times, discussed any issues that suddenly popped up. They went about their jobs with no disruption to me. As I like it, “You have your job, do it and do not disturb me” These guys did it. They introduced themselves to me upon arrival. Excellent, Tom arrived introduced himself and outlined what was required from me and layout of system, roof work efficiency performed with safety rails on our tiled roof. Unfortunately we had a smaller solar which did not allow our new system to gather data of usage unless we disabled old input, this should have a workable solution as we cannot have access to full data, only part. Installation was excellent and efficient. Thanks

Solahart Port Macquarie did not just talk the talk but walked the walk They attended to quote at the time nominated . Post quote admin was accurate and fast . When the deposit was paid I received an install date within 48 hours after compliance check with Essential energy . The date was today 12-3-2024 around 9.00am . Like clock work the Technicians arrived 30min early installed , commisoned and handed over . A very neat and professional job . The guys were efficient , polite / courteous – they knew what they were doing . Could not recommend the Port Macquarie team and Technicians highly enough . This is my second installation of a Solahart hot water system. For my latest installation approached and used Solahart Port Macquarie. As a retired citizen this installation was a small 180 litre unit that I considered adequate for our requirements. From the start Rod English and his team provided a comfortable, but professional, attention during the whole purchase/ installation period. Hi Rod Daniel and the team were great for information. Daniel was VERY honest even told me he had one problem with previous model and mind has been updated. Note I am a retired mechanical power transmission engineer, I advised him we went from mechanical variable speed reducers in 1980 and changed over to inverters. Great before and after sales service. Quality installation.

We have just relocated to Port Macquarie from Victoria. We have had no experience with Solar whatsoever. When we purchased our property in Port Macquarie – the Solar was not working – David came to investigate and advised that the unit is no longer in operation. Rod came to meet with us and explain what was required – how many panels- and the type of Inverter that was suitable. Solahart has been completely transparent – explaining everything along the way. I have contacted Tahney and the girls on several occasions, after installation and they have taken the time to explain what is happening and what to expect with our new Solar Panels and Inverter.
